My online classes have proved to be so popular, when we return to be able to do classes "normally" in my venues. I intend to keep some classes online as well as some in the community.

Online, I will be offering

  • 3 live classes per week

  • 1 motivational session

These will be found on our closed Facebook group and will be added to the Member’s Zone here

The Zone will become available when we return and will contain a library with all the workouts we have done up to date during Covid-19 also, so you can workout at your convenience.




My online classes are on my Private Facebook Group, However if you are not a Facebook user links can be sent directly to you to view at home.

You can either chose to work-out along with a live class, or visit another time and do them at a time that is convenient to you.

I save all of the work-outs on Facebook so there are lots for for you to choose from, All indexed as topics.
